Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 14, 2025

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to subscription plans purchased through the Nula Partners platform ("Platform"). All payments are processed through our payment processor AllPay (AllPay). Nula is a brand name under which Kamal Agbaria (Reg. No. 034650887) operates the Platform. Kamal Agbaria is the merchant and handles all refund decisions and customer support. Refund requests are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 30 days, you may request a full refund — no questions asked.

2. Subscription Refunds

2.1 Monthly Subscriptions

If you are dissatisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase. For subsequent renewals, refund requests must be made within 14 days of the renewal charge. Refund requests made after the applicable window will generally not be honored, except where required by applicable law.

2.2 Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the initial purchase or renewal. After the 30-day window, refunds will be prorated based on the unused portion of the subscription at our discretion.

2.3 Free Trials

If your subscription began with a free trial, no charge is made during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, no refund is needed as no payment was taken. If you are charged after the trial converts to a paid subscription, the standard 30-day money-back guarantee applies from the date of the first charge.

3. Plan Changes

3.1 Upgrades

When upgrading to a higher plan, you are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing cycle. Upgrades are non-refundable once the prorated charge has been processed, as the higher-tier features are made available immediately.

3.2 Downgrades

When downgrading to a lower plan, the change takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refund is issued for the difference between plan tiers during the current cycle, as you retain access to the higher-tier features until the cycle ends.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you may:

  • Contact our support team at support@nula.me with your account details and reason for the refund request.
  • Submit a refund request through the Nula Partners Dashboard under Subscription > Support.
  • For billing disputes, contact Nula at support@nula.me.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed through AllPay and returned to the original payment method. Processing times:

  • Credit/Debit cards: 5–10 business days
  • PayPal: 3–5 business days
  • Other payment methods: May vary depending on the payment provider

Refund amounts are returned in the same currency as the original transaction. Exchange rate differences may apply for cross-currency payments.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be issued in the following cases:

  • Requests made outside the applicable refund window (14 or 30 days) unless required by law.
  • Account termination due to violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Failure to cancel before an auto-renewal charge.
  • Dissatisfaction with features clearly described on our pricing page before purchase.
  • Partial months or billing cycles after the refund window has passed.

7. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us at support@nula.me before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue may result in suspension of your account. Chargebacks found to be fraudulent may lead to permanent account termination.

8. Consumer Protection Rights

8.1 European Union

If you are in the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive for digital services. This right applies from the date of purchase. If you have explicitly consented to the service beginning during the withdrawal period and acknowledged the loss of withdrawal rights, refunds may be prorated.

8.2 Israel

Israeli businesses are protected under the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, which provides a 14-day cancellation right for remote transactions. This right is honored in full for subscription purchases made through the Platform.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be communicated via email or through a notice in the Partners dashboard. The updated policy applies to subscriptions purchased or renewed after the effective date.
